Alpine Place

Located in the Elmwood area of Winnipeg, this industrial strip was built by our Chairman in 1974. The building suffered a fire loss in October 2009 that resulted in nearly 50% of the structure being replaced in 2010 and saw the entire façade redeveloped as part of the reconstruction. Ample compound space is located in the rear and on our adjacent Thomas site.
